My 69 Goat
This is a picture of my 1969 GTO. It was midnight green. I built the motor myself (with a little help from some friends). I basically balanced and blue printed it and put on a nice set of headers. I never got outrun in this car from 1972 until I sold it in 1977. I guess it was my skill of driving and a great deal of luck that I didn't get killed in this car...or kill anyone else. The fellow that bought it from me called me a few days later and wanted me to bail him out of jail. He seemed to put the blame on me for being in there! Go figure...I told him that he put himself there and that I was not the one to call to get him out.
